Visionary
I first saw a robot serving food at a restaurant in Malaysia, where I was amazed by the potential of technology as a robot effortlessly served diners. This moment unveiled a vision: to seamlessly integrate automation into everyday life, starting with restaurants.
A journey across restaurants in the UK revealed a pressing need: restaurants seeking to solve labour and efficiency challenges were intimidated by complex, costly technology solutions.
The mission became clear: empower restaurants with affordable, user-friendly robotics. Today, Alphadroid turns this vision into reality, enhancing restaurant operations while making technology accessible.

SAMARPITA BANERJEE
Chief Human Policy Advisor
Samarpita is a post graduate in statistics and econometrics from ISI, Delhi, & an alumni of SCMHRD, specialized in Human Resources. She has been conferred PhD in Organization Development and Organization Behaviour from IIT, Mumbai. In 2023 she has been chosen to do her post doctoral work from the same institution.
She has been the Site Head – India and Senior Director HR, APAC for Solele Inc in her last assignment. She has done a role as VP and Head – Human Resource, Diageo Plc and Global HRBP for selected functions. She has led HR teams in human resource functions in Novozymes, and Wipro.
She brings with her a tremendous body of work across domains in HR including Talent management, Leadership development, Compensation, M&A & HR business partnership. She is a certified assessor across various industry leading tools & has been trained and certified on Executive Coaching (ACC, PCC) in ICF accredited coaching process. Her passion is talent management & leadership development.
NIKHIL AGGARWAL
Chief Product Advisor
An enthusiastic co-founder, entrepreneur and technology leader, deeply passionate about product development, innovation, and achieving excellence in delivery and management. He is committed to fostering customer growth, actively collaborating with the engineering team.
His primary focus is streamlining the top-quality product development and deliverables, while also focusing on scalable architecture and streamlined processes that empower the businesses to thrive.
In the quest for innovation, he aims to seamlessly incorporate robotics technology into everyday human interactions at diverse locations, including malls, restaurants, and similar venues, with the goal of infusing enjoyment, convenience, and the optimal utilisation of technology.
DEEPAK SINGH
Innovation Advisor (AI & Automation)
Deepak Kumar Singh has completed his doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and currently working as a faculty member at Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow ( an institute of national importance) . He has over twelve years’ experience in the field of academics and IT industry. His core areas of expertise include real-life applications of artificial intelligence and IoT. He has published more than twenty papers in international journals and conferences .
He has played a key role in several AI based R&D projects, which include Digital Transformation of several institutes and industries, two projects funded by Government of India and several other projects related to AI-ML implementation. He has imparted training to several senior level executives of IT companies in different parts of world including Singapore, Japan and China. He has advised Govt. Of UP on digital transformation of public libraries and is currently working with UP government on a world bank funded project.
He is associated with professional institutions like IEEE Technical Committee, IEEE Young Professionals etc.
