This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) describes the policies and procedures applicable to the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information shared with us. While you use the Platform, and for the purpose of this Privacy Policy “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Alphadroid or any of its Company or both, wherever context so require and the terms “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” or “User” refer to the user of the Platform. Where third party vendor organizations process Personal Information on Alphadroid’s behalf (e.g., payroll or outsourcing companies), specific security arrangements will be implemented, when required, through contractual arrangements with those organizations.  

Alphadroid may use your email address to contact you about a security incident involving your Personal Information.  


  • “Personal Data” means any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual, e.g., name, address, bank details etc. It can be with reference to employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, etc.  
  • “Employees’’ are identified or identifiable persons, who are employed by Alphadroid including partners associated with.  
  • “Customers” are identified or identifiable natural persons, who show Alphadroid that they have an obvious interest in concluding a contract for the purpose of acquiring a product or a service or that they are the recipient of a product or service provided by Alphadroid.

    b)  Financial information such as Bank account details or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details;

    f)  Biometric information;  
    g) Any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to us for providing  services; and  
  • Any of the information received under any of the above clauses by us for processing, storing, or processing under lawful contract or otherwise.  
  • Any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2000 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as Sensitive Personal Information for the purposes of this Policy.  
  • “Provider” for the purpose of this Policy, refers to a natural person or an individual who, provides Personal Information or Sensitive Personal data or any information, directly under lawful contract to Alphadroid.   


The types of Personal Information that we collect and processes about you depend on whether you are a potential or existing client or business partner, or an Alphadroid website user who is visiting the website for informational purposes. Where you provide us with the Personal Information about other individuals (for example, other people within your organization), please refer them to this Privacy Policy.  

The collection and processing of data is done by Alphadroid only for some specific purpose related to business expansion and Alphadroid will collect and process only those personal data that is necessary to fulfil that purpose.
